Pera 5th Piano Festival Specification

For the young people between the ages 13-17 and 18-21

a) At least 5 utmost 10 minutes will be given to each participant.
b) It is compulsory that the participants send the CD voice records of the works which they will play in the Festival with the application form.
c) The festival committee has the right to make a selection between the works to prevent the repetition of the works. If the festival participant play works except the selected ones, he/she can be stopped by Festival Committee during his/her performance.
d) It is compulsory that the participants play all works from memory.
e) It is compulsory that the participants appear on the scene with concert costumes.
f) It is compulsory that the works which will be played are original. (Simplified works aren’t accepted)
g) Four-hand piano works can be played in the festival.
h) The list of the participants will be published since 05 April 2010 on www.perafestival.org website.
i) “Participation Certificate” will be given to all the participants at the end of the festival.
j) The participants who come from other cities are financially responsible for their own accommodation and transport expenses.
k) No change will be done in days and dates of the participants which are published on internet
